Job Description

What You’ll Get Your Hands On: Ability to manage a large number of incoming calls and chats. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Demonstrate availability for all requirements and have a good attitude to receive customer frustration and change bad customer perceptions of service. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Meet personal/customer service team targets and call/chat handling quotas. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Be the customer's advocate and give priority to his escalations to ensure high efficiency and resolution.
