Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, conversion tracking, and scaling profitable campaigns. Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) Monitor KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions Conduct keyword research and audience targeting Set up and manage conversion tracking (Pixel, GTM, GA4) Perform A/B testing for ads and landing pages Generate weekly and monthly performance reports Coordinate with the creative/design team for ad assets. Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager Strong knowledge of Google Ads Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) Understanding of GA4 and conversion tracking Strong analytical and reporting skills Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred) Strong communication and problem-solving skills
