Our focus is customer guidance, accurate booking support, and reliable service delivery. Role Overview As an Umrah Sales and Support Executive, you will handle customer inquiries, prepare Umrah travel options, and support clients from initial inquiry to booking confirmation. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and live chat Prepare quotations for flights, hotels, visas, and transport Follow up with customers and assist in booking confirmations Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers Maintain accurate records of inquiries and bookings Provide clear and professional customer support

Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome Candidates with experience in Umrah, travel sales, ticketing, or customer support are encouraged to apply Good communication skills in English and Urdu Basic knowledge of GDS systems or hotel booking platforms is an advantage Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
