Social Media & PPC Manager

Real VA is hiring a Social Media Manager with strong PPC (Meta Ads) experience and familiarity with the US real estate wholesaling industry. The role is focused on managing lead generation campaigns for investors, wholesalers, and real estate businesses in the US. Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook & Instagram (Meta) ad campaigns for seller/buyer lead generation Manage multiple client accounts within the US real estate (wholesaling) niche Build and test audiences (cold, retargeting, lookalikes) Optimize campaigns based on CPL, lead quality, and conversion rates Coordinate with acquisitions/dispositions teams for campaign alignment Maintain structured performance reports (weekly/monthly) Oversee supporting social media content where required Apply now: https://pk.indeed.com/viewjob?jk=f31224c083a8ece4&from=appshareandroid

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Meta Ads / PPC Prior experience working with US real estate investors or wholesalers Strong understanding of: Seller lead generation (motivated sellers) Cash buyers / investor targeting Market-specific targeting (counties, zip codes, lists) Experience managing client ad accounts and budgets Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager Strong English communication skills Availability for night shift (US hours) Preferred Qualifications Experience with Google Ads (Search/PPC) Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL), CRMs, and lead pipelines Understanding of wholesaling processes (contracts, dispositions, follow-ups)
